Welcome to Mitchell Hypnosis. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our services, website, and any related content. By booking a session or engaging with our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Company Information Mitchell Hypnosis is a professional hypnosis service provider based in Ontario, Canada. Our services are designed for personal well-being and self-improvement and do not replace medical or psychological care. 

2. Eligibility & Client Responsibilities You agree to provide honest, accurate information regarding your mental and physical well-being. You acknowledge that hypnosis is not a substitute for medical, psychological, or psychiatric care. 

3. Booking, Payments & Refunds All sessions require payment at the time of booking to confirm your appointment. Payments are accepted via [list payment methods, e.g., e-transfer, credit card, etc.]. Refunds are not provided for completed sessions, as hypnosis is a personal experience with unique results. 

4. Cancellation & No-Show Policy Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment will be fully charged (100% session fee). No-shows (failure to attend without notice) will also be fully charged. Rescheduling is possible with at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid additional fees. 

5. Confidentiality & Privacy Your privacy is a priority. All sessions and client records are strictly confidential. Mitchell Hypnosis does not share or sell any client information to third parties. Sessions may not be recorded by either party without prior written consent. 

6. Scope of Services & Disclaimer Hypnosis sessions are for personal development, relaxation, and self-improvement. Results vary by individual, and no specific outcome is guaranteed. Hypnosis does not diagnose, treat, or cure any medical or psychological condition. 

7. Code of Conduct Clients are expected to treat the hypnotist with respect and professionalism. Any inappropriate behavior, including harassment, will result in immediate termination of services without a refund. 

8. Legal Compliance & Liability Mitchell Hypnosis operates under Ontario, Canada laws and follows applicable consumer protection regulations. By engaging in hypnosis services, you acknowledge that Mitchell Hypnosis is not liable for any direct or indirect consequences of your session. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect. 

9. Changes to Terms Mitchell Hypnosis reserves the right to update these Terms as needed. Changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services implies acceptance of any modifications.
